Warranty (Singapore Local Warranty) Card
(Applicable only to Yur.Beat Duo, MediaX, Aura Bluetooth, Fusion Stream)
Thank you for your purchase of Yuraku Branded Products. Your product is under warranty for a period of twelve (12) months in Singapore and a period of twenty-four (24) months in Europe (refer to European Warranty Card in package) from the date of purchase in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Please read the below conditions carefully.
Terms and Conditions
1. Our obligation shall be limited to the original purchaser to repair or to replace, free of charge. Any part of parts of the sold goods against defective materials and manufacturing faults. (Cost of spare parts are excluded). The goods sold are solely meant for domestic use only.
2. The warranty shall not apply to goods been repaired by unauthorized person (s), or it has been damaged through misuse, negligence, wear and tear or exposure to extreme heat, cold, dampness; or accident; or which has the rating label / model number removed or defaced.
3. The goods must be purchased from an authorized dealer in the Republic of Singapore.
4. The customer will be requested to bring the goods to and fro from the Customer Service Centre whenever service is needed. No outdoor service is provided unless stated. Any defective parts which have been replaced shall become our property.
5. Upon expiry of the warranty period, or in any events where the customer is unable to produce a valid warranty card or original proof of purchase, service charges and spare parts cost will be applicable.
6. We will inform the customer on the status (repaired or non-repairable) of their good(s). After which, the customer must collect the good(s) from our Customer Service Centre

7. This warranty coverage does not include goods damage in any events from acts of god, fire, civil unrest or due to human negligence.
8. All handheld remote controls, batteries, earphones, inter-connectors, knobs, and accessories do not come with a warranty.
9. Upon assessment by service technician, improper or misuse of the good(s), warranty will be void and any service rendered will be charged accordingly.
10. Demonstration, teach and educating on the usage of the good(s) are not covered in the warranty.
